She is extremely polite and personable, she could not do enough from sweeping up the porch to helping get the pool cleaned when our service man let us down even updating my mother in the nursing home on the progress of the sale. She called and emailed through reports on views online and people viewing the property on open house and walk in inspections on a weekly basis. Martine is a great agent and very nice person to work with. We were looking for a property for almost 5 months and did not come across a property that we liked as well as fit in our budget but finally came across this property. Also it was a very busy and stressful period for me due to several overseas business trips but Martine helped to sort out many things in this purchasing process remotely as well as providing help before and after the service. Sometimes I even felt guilty asking for help multiple times before and after the sale but all the time she responded very quickly and sorted it all out. A commendable customer service! She is very knowledgable, open, credible, and very friendly person.
